Ceramic Nature Slate Hotels have been designed to create caves and breeding areas for some species of Pleco’s, Loaches, Shrimps, Cichlids, and other tropical fish. These are made from Spanish slate and contain lots of compartments, like a hotel, for fish to explore and live in. To decorate, some species of plants, that would usually grow on stone or wood (such as Anubias or Java Fern), and easily be attached to the top or sides to make the hotel look more realistic. These are very popular with Pleco breeders.
