These ethical earrings that promote plastic reuse, have been hand made using pieces of pale blue plastic ebbing cleared off a local beach and then cut in half. To add some colour, we have then added swirls of gold translucent dye. The plastic pieces have been set in clear bio resin, along with some tiny shells, which allows the plastics themselves to be showcased.  This also allows us to promote more awareness about the amount of plastic waste found washed up on our beaches or discarded in our waterways. These earrings are so light weight [ only weighing approximately 8 grams ] you won’t even know you have them on!! We use bio resin, and also new stainless steel findings, in order to reduce our impact on the environment as much as possible. We hand collect, sort and hand wash all the plastic and synthetic waste we use.  All the debris we use has been washed up on our beaches or collected and taken out of our waterways. It is then carefully and lovingly cleaned and arranged in order to create each unique one off piece.
